Formerly known as The Flooring Emporium, Colour and Pattern is a multi-generational family business started in the 1960s. With a mission to elevate carpet to an art form, Colour and Pattern stocks Australia’s largest selection of designer hand-tufted carpets, woven pattern carpets, silk carpets and sisal flooring, and is the exclusive distributor of the Excalibur collection which offer over 600 stock colours to customise to your décor. 

Today the business is led by Howard Raines who brings generations of expertise and passion for all things, flooring, colour and pattern. Since taking the reins of the business, Howard has focused on fulfilling a customer need by sourcing patterned carpets of the highest quality. Frustrated by the limited range available locally, Howard has formed exclusive relationships with leading carpet artisans across Europe and the US.
